Living A God-Glorifying Life Through Good Health.
(Featured on CNN)

When I was growing up in the '50s and '60s, there was no obesity epidemic, and children were not developing old-age maladies such as heart disease. Cancer, Alzheimer's, and autism were virtually unheard of. Living a healthy lifestyle was a lot easier. More...

Beyond Organic Food

The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) defines organic as: products grown and processed using organic farming methods that recycle resources and promote biodiversity. Crops must be grown without synthetic pesticides, bioengineered genes, petroleum-based fertilizers, or sewage sludge-based fertilizers.

A 2003 study which was published in the Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry discovered that organic food is better in the fight against cancer than conventionally produced food. A 2005 study found that rats who were fed organic food had:

  • improved immune system status
  • better sleeping habits
  • reduced body weight and slimmer bodies
  • higher vitamin E in their blood

USDA Organic sealFoods which meet USDA qualifications are given this seal (See left.)

There is a caveat though with the USDA organic seal. Multiple ingredient foods can lawfully display the label even if 5 percent (by weight) of the product is non-organic.

To signify that a multi-ingredient product is completely organic, it must say the following: 100% USDA Organic.

But, do you realize that meat and poultry can be USDA certified organic even if the animals are fed diets contrary to what God created them to eat? For instance, cows can be raised organically and fed organic grain and the meat is still considered to be organic.

Cows were not created to eat grain, but green forage like grass and forbs. Americans over consume grains which throws the omega-3/ omega-6 fatty acid ratio way out of whack. This contributes to our ever-increasing waistlines. ( Read this article.)

Another example is milk.

Much of the organic milk on store shelves is pasteurized. But it can still legally bear the 'organic' label.

For a disease-free life and total health, we must go "beyond organic." It is not enough for food to be pesticide-free, herbicide-free, fungicide-free, hormone-free, GMO-free, and vaccine-free. Animals must be fed their normal diets and dairy products must not undergo any process which will destroy their nutrient profile.

Of equal importance is the way farm animals are treated. Factory farming, also known as CAFO (concentrated animal feeding operations), is notorious for the inhumane treatment of animals. Stress negatively affects the meat which winds up on our dinner plates.

This is where Beyond Organic comes in. It is an eMarket food and beverage company. Here are the goals which have been devised for it:

  • Change your diet by consuming the world's healthiest, sustainably produced foods and beverages
  • Change your life by getting educated on the foods and beverages that you consume daily and creating a residual income to help you achieve your goals and dreams
  • Change your world by educating others about Beyond Organic and by partnering with domestic and international organizations around the world to provide food, shelter, and clothing to widows, orphans and those in need

Meat from Beyond Organic comes from animals which are green-fed. "Grass-fed" is a bit of a misnomer because pastureland contains more than grass. The animals will not only eat grass, but other "greens" such as forbs, herbs, and legumes.

Animals are 100 percent greenfed. This is important because you are not only what YOU eat, but also what THEY ate.

They also free graze on open land. None are confined and packed like sardines in dark and dingy enclosures.

Animals are biblically slaughtered - with humane and kosher standards rigidly adhered to.

I am very excited about Beyond Organic; I now have a source of food of the highest quality and from someone I trust. I signed up for the business as well as a preferred customer (20% discount on foods and beverages.)

Are you looking for food that is nutrient and not calorically dense? Conventionally-raised food is steadily declining in quality, and much of it is Frankenfood.
