I think its a great idea. So many people don't even have a clue how dangerous these products can be to their health. Awareness of the root causes is desperately needed.

I don't think taxing the product is the answer. I encourage more awareness of the dangers found in carbonated beverages and all refined foods. I strongly believe that if the children were more aware of the effects these drinks and foods have on their bodies, will help in this problem. Why should we pay more tax when clearly that isn't the issue here.Educating our children on making better health choices is the way to solve this problem.
